Sighting in a Gun

Countless rounds of rifle amunition are spent each year in the weeks prior to deer season trying to sight in the hunter's rifle or a new rifle/gun combination. I know there is a simple way to do this no matter if your 25 yards away or 100 yards away.
Set up your target and aim at the bull's eye from your own respective distance. Shoot about three or four rounds then look at the target to determine where the impact is going. Let's say it was down and left. Well if your gun has rear adjustable scopes like most guns, then simply move it in the direction you want the impact of the bullet to move. In this case move the sights up and right. If the sights are front ajdusted then move the sights down and left.
Again shoot there to four more rounds and site in as necessary.

God Bless and Happy Hunting
